Rules?Only MLS listing can be entered. No mention of Real Estate Agents or Companies in the Magazine. Only property description, location, price can be entered. Only Affiliates ads in the Magazine. All agents and affiliates can put their name and contact information on the front cover of the magazine for FREE. The personalized magazine can be emailed to (or by) your clients by using the link at the top of the magazine.
What is this magazine?An e-magazine distributed by email or website of new and current listings in the area published on the first day of each month. Each page has links and interactions not available in a traditional paper magazine. Where do the listings come from? Agents input their mls listings each month but there can be no mention of real estate agents or real estate companies in the magazine. The only name that appears is your name above the magazine with your contact information.
How does it get distributed?Each person that has personalized their copy sends their copy of the magazine with their contact information above the magazine to their client list. That means that today's real buyers and sellers who are prequalified and working with agents are getting this magazine. When is a new issue of the magazine published? A new issue of the magazine is automatically live on the first day of each month
Can I print the magazine?You can use the print button at the top of the magazine to print either the right or left page but the magazine is not designed to be printed. Can I add the magazine to my website? Yes and it's automatically updated to the current version without you having to ever touch it. Just send the magazine to your webmaster and have him/her frame it on your site.
Can I add my picture?If you put the magazine on your website you could have your picture above it but when you email it only your contact information will appear above the magazine.
Where is the Navigation Bar?The Navigation Bar appears above the magazine. From it you can: 1: Go To Page - put the page number in the box and click "Go To Page" 2. Next Page and Prev. Page buttons will go to that page (also just clicking on the corner of the page) 3. Table of Contents - Takes you to a page where you can go instantly to the page or section you want. Problem seeing the magazine? The magazine requires flash player (free from Adobe) which is already installed on over 95 percent of all computers. In the event you need to upgrade your version just follow the simple instructions at the Adobe website. How can I suggest improvements or requests? How long does it take to Personalize My Copy?It is instantaneous. Just select the "Personalize Your Copy" and enter the information you want to appear above the magazine. After you submit it - you magazine is instantly live! What is "My Message"? "What you type in the "My Message" box when you register is what appears at the top of the magazine under your contact information.
How do I change my contact information or message?Login with your username and password and select "Change contact information" which is on the first login screen under "Personalize Your Copy". Once at that screen you will again have to enter your username and password AND select "Modify My Account Information" (so that it is highlighted), then submit and change any of the contact information or message you want. The change is instantaneous.
How often do I need to Personalize my copy?Only one time! After you initially create your personalized copy click the "Add To Favorites" link (under your phone number above the magazine). Whenever you want to see the magazine just go to "Your Favorites" in your browser and click the link. It will automatically bring up the current edition of the magazine with your contact information at the top.
How do I email the magazine to others?There are several ways: The easiest way if you use Outlook is to click the "Forward Magazine" link under your name at the top of the magazine. Outlook will automatically open and have a preformatted message with a link to YOUR personalized copy of the magazine. You can change the message if you want and copy and paste any number of email addresses in the To: box and send. Also everyone you send the magazine to will be able to use the same "Forward Magazine" link to send YOUR magazine to whomever they want. Viral Marketing!!! If you use some other email program, just prepare any email to your client as you normally would and copy and paste the web address that appears at the top of your browser window into the email message and the press enter. You should see a line appear under that address which creates a link to YOUR personalize copy. In either of the above cases send yourself the first email so you see how it looks when you receive it.
When should I send the magazine out to my clients? The new version is always live on the first day of each month so it's a good idea to send an email with the link to Your magazine about that time reminding your clients to view the latest issue.



What is the deadline for entering listings?The deadline is always 5 days before the end of the month. For example: If you want to be in the June issue then the deadline is May 26th. Please enter as early in the month as possible - don't wait until the deadline.
Can I see a preview of my listing after I submit it?No, but you will get an email showing exactly what you input and exactly what will appear in the magazine. You cannot revise this so spell check in advance and remember - what you type is what you will see in the magazine.
Can any of the listing information be changed during the month? Generally, no. If you have a dire situation, just contact me.
How do I know if my listing was received?After you input your listing and press submit you will see a message indicating your listing was received. (Important - ALL fields of the listing input section are required and if you do not enter something in each field or choose from the drop down list - your listing will not be sent and you will not see the message indicating your listing was received
How many listings can I input?You can input as many as you like with one photo for each listing.
Why did some of my description not appear in the magazine?There can be no mention of any real estate agent or real estate company in the magazine so any reference is automatically deleted including website addresses and phone numbers.
Can I input a listing not in mls?No, because each agent that sends their personalized copy must have a way to get information about that listing.
What if I need help or support?If you run into trouble you can email me from the Contact Us link at the website. I am usually very prompt at responding.
Are there different versions of the listings that appear in the magazine?Generally all the free entries look the same. With some editions there are upgrades available at small additional cost. The upgrades available can be seen at the website from the "Upgrades" link.
Why do I need a username and password?This ensures that only you can change your contact information which appears above the magazine. PLEASE WRITE IT DOWN.
What if I forget my password?Just go to the "Password Sent to Your Email" page. Your password will be instantly sent back to you.
